Best-in-class mRNA

Cellerna provides best-in-class synthetic messenger RNAs (mRNAs) that are non-immunogenic with regards to the innate immune sensors boosting expression and allowing repeated administration. These mRNAs are produced with our proprietary PureBoost™ technology which results in high protein expression across different cell types. While they do not require chemical modifications, such as pseudo-uridine, they can also be custom manufactured with various modifications.  In addition, for the first time in our industry, cellerna also provide mRNAs formulated with ionizable lipid nanoparticles.
